Williams, Arthur Joseph
The first fatality in the unit since its arrival overseas occurred today. Pte A J Williams (D-132204) of 'C' Coy was killed at 0915 hrs in a road accident while 'C' Coy was proceeding to Stoney Cross airfield to jump. Two other men were injured. Due to this unfortunate accident, the jump was cancelled.
