Found an Air Medal for Ellsworth Howard at a flea market, anyone recognize his name, think he was from Ottawa, Kansas.

Thanks Geronimo, but don't think it's the same guy, I did a little genealogy research and his full name was;
Ellsworth H. Howard, but maybe Mr. James was related since his name was Ellsworth Howard James.

it was a reach I know, best thing would be to go to a library and see if thry have lists on awardees there.
