SOE in Macedonia

I have a problem, or rather two problems. The first is relatively simple, I hope. N.G.L. Hammond in his memoir about SOE activities in Macedonia mentions "Mick the Miller". Now there are two Millers. One is Major Miller who with Captain Reddle went to Drama and then Sofia to get the Bulgarians to withdraw from the Drama/Kavalla/Serres area and thus incurred the wrath of the FO. There is a Captain Miller who is mentioned earlier and in a different context. Are these the same man?
My second questiion in much more global. It is a strange and interesting fact that you read very little about SOE activities in Macedonia. I've just finished a paper (that I'll put up on my web site to accompany my paper on Woodhouse and the SOE) on the question of the Greek-Macedonia border and was struck by how little SOE figured in anything there. I think I know the reasons, but I'd be very curious if anybody could come up with some information that might contradict my view.
Thank you.
