When I was stationed at Rhein Main Germany Jerome Hummels sister (my wifes Mother) asked if I would take her to see her brothers grave so we went to epinol france and stood at his grave. the cemetary was very well kept when we were there in 1975. I stood at his grave and the only noise I noticed was the American flag snapping in the wind. When we were there all his sister knew was that he was killed in a plane during the war.
