Belgian S.A.S. member. Radio operator sent to Holland in October 1944 by M.I.9, code name Bacon together with Lieutenant Abraham Dubois Dutch agent, member of Jedburgh team Daniel 2, to aid in the escape of British paratroopers who got trapped in Holland after the failed operation Market Garden. Holvoet was soon captured after his arrival, imprisoned and executed in April 1945 in Hattem, Holland.
