Litani River operation

Hi

Can't give too much away at this stage (I am a freelance writer) but I am hoping someobdy on here would have some detailed info on the campaign fought by No 11 (Scottish) commando at Litani river in Lebanon in 1941.

I have been trawling through the dreaded google and public libraries, but it's almost a case of too much information to collate in one go, and also there are conflictiing reports of certain aspects of the operation.

Hi Geronimo, and thanks for the tip. I will give that a go. Will Google it to find out a bit more.But the book I just got from the national Archives is astounding...I think it was you that recommended it(?)

'Special Forces in the Desert War 40-43'.

For two quid it's a steal. Brilliant

Hi...Geronimo...I got into Michael Asher's website and looked through his bibliography...which book deals with the Litani operation?
