Remembering a good friend and the good times we had back in CR. Your spirit lives on. I send a hearty salute to you.

I am leading the effort to have a USO Center at Tampa International Airport. Part of the dedication of the USO Center will be to Paul P Kelly and Richard W Doheny Jr (with permission). My cousin was Paul Kelly who jumped with Richard the day of their accident.

We are planning a tribute dinner/golf tournament on March 29th and 30th 2012 respectively at MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida. CAPT Carlos Flanagan who new both Paul and Richard is a Para Commando at USSOCOM here at MacDill Air Force Base. He is the second longest serving Navy SEAL on active duty (41 years). He is helping with the planning of the Dinner/Tournament.

I am trying to locate Richard?s family to inform them of our plans and intentions and to get their permission to include Richard as part of this tribute. Your help in locating his family is greatly appreciated. Any friends that may know Richard and Paul would be a great help as they may want to participate.
