Richard Lee Crusie

This record for Richard L. Crusie, my uncle, mistakenly contains a photo of his brother, Robert Crusie, who also fought in WWII in the infantry at the Battle of the Bulge. Richard lost his life afeter parachuting into Anzio. I have a photo of Richard if it can be corrected. How do I go about reporting this and helping to correct it?
