OSS Help Identifying Possible OSS Member

I recently obtained this photograph from a friend and have reason to believe that the gentleman pictured was a member of the OSS at one time. I was hoping to see if any members of this community had any information about him, sadly I do not know his name.

Hi Eric,
The Parachute wings he has on 'his right breast' are Canadian, and i suspect underneath his medal bars is The Caterpillar club award

he should be able to be researched considering the reason behind his award of this prestigious lapel pin ?

Hi, exactly, on his breast pocket is the caterpillar club and the most visible patch on the shoulder sleeve is the Airborne command , i think that each oss trooper wore it.
The parachute wings are from canadian paratrooper... so i think this photo was a postwar

It's a full colonel from the air corps but it's not a pilot
