He was my Father & I am very proud that he has been mentioned here. He served in Malaya in early 60s and also in 1969 at Terendak. He died 30 May 2003. May GOD Bless his soul and he rest in peace.

Denis Gordon Christopher Spear was my father, he also served in Germany in mid to late 50s where I was born. Singapore 3 years in early 60s and again in Malaya in the late 60s. He retired from the Sigs in 72 and got a hush hush job in Whitehall, London until he retired
