Mentioned in Andy Mcnabs book "Immediate action" and you can watch him in the 1982 BBC documentary "The Paras" which is an excellent series.

I read the book 7 Troop by Andy Mcnab,it sadden me Al was a very brave 1st class Soldier.I wont forget Al and all the brave Soldiers of the SAS 7 Troop. When i get to Hereford i will give Al,Frank,Hillbilly there gun rations.May be il have a drop of Rum my self.Respects Lads.ratcatcher666
