I met Charles in Helena 2006 reunion by chance. He knew Frank Harvey, write me a letter about morning Frank was hit. Chas was 20 ft away from Frank at the time. Dabell...there too. I spoke with both Charles and wife Emma on telephone many times. Emma always said it was a miracle I met Charles, the man who could tell me about my uncle Frank after 60 years! Mary
