Eldred Edward Weber (Red) was my grandfather. He was career soldier and family man. I have fond memories of going to visit him when I was young (early 80's) when he lived on Santee Cooper. He was always ready to take me fishing or skiing. He was affectionately known as PAPA by his grandchildren and he is deeply missed.
