    So this is Charlie Bower. He wrote, typed, a 2 page letter to Frank Harvey's sister Ethel just after the war, explaining the best he could, what happened to Frank when he was wounded.     FSSF Harvey, Frank Albert

    Frank was born in Moncton NB Canada April 13, 1916. He was 27 years age when wounded on Monte Arcalone, Hill 1025, Italy on Jan 4/44, DOW, 2 gun shot wounds to abdomen, Jan 8/44, buried Cassino War Cemetery. Also awarded the DSC, Dec 1944. See on Military Times Hall of Valor.
