Sergeant Bob Tait was one of the (more lucky) members of Operation Squatter (1941, Lybia). Does soemone know his dates of birth and death? It may be on the website but I did not find it. Please, if you know give me a clue about your source of information when available.

I'm commissioning a memorial Stone for Bob Tait in the RAF Regt's Corps Memorial Garden (He was in the RAF Regt from 1949-63) and need his DOD; apart from 1975, do you have it? Internet search doesn't show anything.

You can order copy of his death certificate that will give you date/location of death, etc. I got 1 for Arthur Warburton, SAS WW2. Cost was 11gbp last year.
