Kitchener was my Mum’s father. We would love to know more about his story. We know he was originally buried in St Benin d’Azy in the family tomb of the Comte from the chateau. I have his military record but it does not tell me very much.

I would just like to let you know I have today paid my respects to your grandfather’s grave. As far as I am aware He was one of the Originals from L Det when the SAS was formed in North Africa. I Previously served in the SAS in the 80’s and I highlight your grandfather will never be forgotten by both those that served in the SAS and also by the SAS Association.
