You can get my book from Waterstones, W H Smith, Amazon and many other smaller bookshops all over the UK, Europe, Canada, America, India, Australia and New Zealand. I have also seen it advertised in Japan. I wrote and researched the book over a 30 year period and visited the operational area three times. Damien Lewis wants to use part of his story. Cynthia my name is Graham - there is a mystery in the story for you to solve and it concerns the possible executions of two girls.
