Hi Jamie, son of John Sehmer. Was so happy to have found this tribute to your father. My mother told me about him, they used to play together as small children. I have a couple of photos. Am in contact with Jason Hoole, also a relative. Maybe you are in touch? I remember great aunt Nellie, John's mother very well. My own mother was the daughter of Dorothy, Nellie's sister.
All the best, Elizabeth (they were a bit short on first names, that family. Makes things very muddling!)
