Incredible bravery my Great Uncle "Clair Stewart" only Aussie alongside Lyon, Davidson, Campbell, Ross on Soreh Island and what they were up against to help the others escape is hugely understated and overshadowed by other variations what really happened and names and the fact thet RIMAU wasn't a successful mission. He risked it all, survived got captured, specifically "Nine of the captured men were taken to Tanjung Pagar in Singapore to join Stewart who had already been taken there in October and relentlessly tortured, refusing to talk". Only to be beheaded by the Japanese losing the war! RESPECT and RIP my great Uncle and his mates!!!
