I have been reading the book Go Go Go about the raid on the Iranian Embassy by Rusty Firmin and have been trying to match up names to faces which have been broadcast. He names the 4 on the front balcony as Mel Parry, John McAleese (already on this site), Thomas (Tommo) MacDonald and Trooper "Deggs". Within the book "Tommo" MacDonald shouts to PC Trevor Locke to move and shoots the leader of the terrorists, Salim.

At 7:13 Tom one of the SAS troopers states that he shot Salim. This would make him Thomas (Tommo) MacDonald.
