2 SAS Memorial,Moussey

photo submitted by David Chapman, great nephew of Donald Lewis
Squadron Quarter master Sergeant John Alcock of 2 SAS led the funeral party here at Moussey in 1945. Also there was SAS trooper Cyril Radford. John Alcock had been in the Coldstream Guards so was a good choice to instruct the drill for this ceremony. I went to Mousey with my father in 1983 and later with my son in about 1990. Be aware,if you wish to travel there that there are two villages called Moussey. The one you want is the most southern one if you wish to visit these graves.
