The third attachment is a photo of my oldest daughter Fiona and my mother, Jean Malcolm (Marshall Smith's only daughter) which appeared in The Herald the day after the service at the Reichwald Forest Cemetery to mark the 60th Anniversary of Operation varsity, in which my grandfather was killed. This was in 2005 and proved to be the last of three occassions that my mother paid a visit to her fathers grave.
