There is a previously unseen photo of Labalaba on the "Fiji Museum" wall on Facebook. It can be found in the "50 years in the British Army" photo album. On the Fiji Museum wall, click "photos" in the top left side menu bar and open the "50 Years In The British Army" photo collection.Laba is pictured with two Fijian newlyweds in Singapore.According to the photo caption, he was en route to Oman where he died at the Battle Of Mirbat.Warrior till the end.
