George Edwards

George Edwards was my great uncle, younger brother to my grandmother, Lucy who married Charles Barratt. They had ten children including my father, Charles Barratt. I remember Uncle George and his wife, Aunty Nell. We cousins were in awe of them both. I can see George in my mind now, wearing a smart blazer and holding a cigarette He had a real presence.
